Position Overview
The HR Assistant role involves supporting operations at the designated plant to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead generation for recruitment activities
- Assess recruitment leads from a human resources standpoint
- Maintain attendance and leave records systematically
- Provide assistance in payroll processing, including wages and salary management
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in relevant HR functions
- Possession of a Diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Location based in Warangal, Telangana, India
