Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor at the Oaks Al Najada Doha. The successful candidate will lead and oversee the housekeeping department's operations, ensuring pristine cleanliness throughout the property including guest rooms, public, and communal spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary cleanliness standards throughout all property areas under housekeeping.
• Develop and sustain productive and professional relationships with housekeeping staff, clients, and contractors.
• Provide support and guidance to the housekeeping team to deliver top-tier cleaning services.
• Conduct daily on-the-job training sessions for cleaning personnel to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Keep precise records related to financials, maintenance, and inventory within the housekeeping department.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience managing a housekeeping team effectively.
• Competence in budgeting and controlling expenses for operating supplies, replacements, and consumables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills with excellent time management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness protocols and standards.
