Role Overview

Our Housekeeping team is key to creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes our hotels feel like home to our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Key Duties

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms and bathrooms by dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces to meet established hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and presentable.
• Replenish guest room amenities such as soap, shampoo, and other supplies.
• Organize the linen closet, restock your housekeeping cart, and prepare for the next day's tasks before finishing your shift.
• Greet guests encountered during your shift courteously with a friendly smile, enhancing their experience.

Requirements and Physical Demands

• Basic proficiency in English communication is essential for effective workplace interaction.
• This position involves constant physical activity including standing and walking for entire shifts.
• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items weighing up to 25-30 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting or moving of items up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
