Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure timely service and seamless daily operations.
- Comply thoroughly with hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures regarding guest service, operational conduct, grooming, and discipline.
- Deliver every guest interaction with friendliness and warmth to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette, and have comprehensive knowledge of reservation policies and procedures.
- Be fully knowledgeable of all restaurant and hotel services to assist guests effectively.
- Warmly greet and seat guests to establish a hospitable environment for their ongoing experience.
- Ensure constant coverage of the restaurant front and maintain the entrance's welcoming and attractive appearance.
- Verify that each table is impeccably clean and fully prepared before seating guests.
- Seek guest feedback on their experience and promptly report any issues to outlet managers while attempting to resolve them immediately.
- Contribute to service duties whenever additional help is required.
- Coordinate with Cashiers and temporarily cover their duties during breaks.
