Role Overview

The Hospitality Specialist role, located full-time in Agra, centers on ensuring an outstanding experience for each guest throughout their stay. Core duties include welcoming guests, facilitating check-in and check-out processes, responding to inquiries, and providing guidance on local attractions and services. The role also involves coordinating with housekeeping to prepare rooms, supporting food and beverage services within communal or café areas, and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and an inviting atmosphere in shared spaces. Addressing guest feedback promptly, promoting in-house events and experiences, and fostering a friendly and inclusive environment are critical responsibilities. Collaborating with the broader team to uphold Stazo's service quality and brand values is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills focused on delivering welcoming and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication capabilities, including clear verbal interaction and attentive listening with guests and teammates.
• Familiarity with food and beverage operations and hospitality services, particularly in café or communal dining contexts.
