The opportunity
Veolia is looking for a Multi HC Driver to join its Toowoomba team, with the role based in Toowoomba 4350 and an expected start time of 5:00am. This position follows a regular Monday to Friday roster, with public holidays and weekends included as part of the normal shift pattern.
What you will do
- Operate on secure, long-term contracts involving the collection of waste and recyclable materials.
- Move multiple waste streams to designated disposal destinations.
- Deliver helpful and professional service to both internal teams and external customers.
- Develop the ability to operate different types of fleet and equipment.
What you need
- A current HC licence is essential.
- Previous grease trap experience would be an advantage.
- Strong local or regional geographical knowledge is preferred.
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills are important.
- A positive, can-do attitude is required.
- A strong focus on safety is necessary.
