Role Overview

As a Guest Services Agent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping guests' experiences by delivering warm, professional, and personalized service. You will manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while catering to guest requests with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and bid farewell to guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating impactful first and last impressions.
• Handle check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, and transactions accurately and promptly.
• Establish lasting connections with guests by recognizing returning visitors and tailoring services accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with various hotel departments to ensure seamless and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in reception or similar guest-facing roles is advantageous.
• Great attention to detail and capability to connect effectively with diverse guests.
• Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud property management system is beneficial but not essential.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster across seven days including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient English speaking skills.
