About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Partner to spearhead top-of-funnel expansion efforts at Koritsu AI. This position focuses on cultivating and expanding a network of engineering leaders, boosting brand visibility, and maintaining an active sales pipeline. The role requires close collaboration with the founder, who oversees deal closures. It is a highly relationship-oriented, external-facing position ideal for individuals who thrive on connecting with people and fostering professional relationships. From the outset, you will have direct involvement in growth strategy and one-on-one access to the founder.
Responsibilities
- Consistently expand a targeted network of engineering leaders on LinkedIn each week.
- Initiate and maintain authentic conversations through commenting, connecting, and regular communication without overt sales pitches.
- Engage with warm leads and event participants to ensure continued interest and prevent loss of momentum.
- Represent Koritsu AI at relevant events and manage company booths professionally.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively to enable prompt action by the founder.
Who You Are
- Motivated by interpersonal interactions; you enjoy engaging with new contacts and sustaining conversations rather than simply completing tasks.
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level professionals. While an engineering background isn't required, you possess confidence and a willingness to learn technical aspects.
- Highly organized and dependable in maintaining daily outreach and follow-ups without supervision.
- Demonstrate a natural and authentic communication style that aligns with company branding—warm, measured, and straightforward.
- Based in the UK and open to traveling within the UK and Europe for events.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, consultancy roles, or related fields.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn-driven relationship building strategies.
- Interest or familiarity with cloud computing or technology sectors.
