The company's vision extends beyond billing to delivering advanced revenue intelligence to small and medium-sized businesses via their trusted accounting advisors, developing an AI-powered revenue operating system for accounting firms.

Role Overview
This position is the inaugural dedicated growth marketing role at Rechargly, responsible for driving the company’s growth engine. The role involves managing all marketing activities from lead generation at events, webinars, and email campaigns to conversion nurturing, while working extensively with AI tools to enhance efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and refine existing growth strategies across events, webinars, and email marketing channels.
- Manage the full customer acquisition lifecycle, transforming leads into actionable prospects for sales.
- Oversee the marketing budget across multiple regions including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.
- Leverage AI technology to optimize marketing workflows, enabling solo operation with the effectiveness of a larger team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in applying AI to marketing workflows, with the ability to demonstrate process implementation.
- Systematic thinking and expertise in utilizing first-party data-driven marketing approaches.
- Experience working in dynamic B2B startup environments.
- Expertise in at least one or two core marketing functions with the ability to swiftly learn additional skills.
Challenges
- Achieving a tenfold increase in ARR within the next 12 months.
- Expanding inbound lead volume to consistently provide the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Establishing and scaling the industry’s best event-driven go-to-market engine with personalized targeting.

Additional Information
- Base salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 annually, plus employee stock options (ESOP).
- Office location is Sydney with an expectation to work onsite 4 to 5 days weekly.
- Role requires some travel for events in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.
