About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join HEAD's creative team located in North Greenwich, London. This in-office, full-time role requires close collaboration with our London team in a dynamic environment focused on creating diverse marketing materials that engage customers and uphold brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement innovative visual concepts across digital and print formats including social media graphics, brochures, and banners.
- Partner with the London-based team to produce designs that strongly connect with and excite the target audience.
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring all designs conform to the established brand guidelines.
- Handle multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends and tools, embracing fresh techniques to enhance creative output.
- Prepare and finalize digital and print-ready artwork to exceptional standards.
- Offer constructive input during design reviews and actively participate in team creative discussions.
- Support production and post-production stages to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with the motion graphics team to generate compelling visual assets.
- Attend photoshoots when necessary to assist Creative Leads.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to producing excellent work.
- Effective communication skills alongside adeptness in managing deadlines and priorities.
- Willingness to reprioritize workload and provide support to teammates as required.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and resolve design challenges creatively within project constraints.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in graphic design, digital artwork or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of Figma is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline.
- Current digital portfolio demonstrating strong design capabilities.
