Express Network is a California-based legal support services company with over 35 years of industry expertise. We are currently seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to enhance our visual presence within the legal market. This role involves creating polished design deliverables for campaigns, sales collateral, trade show setups, and corporate materials that reflect a premium brand image targeted at a sophisticated legal audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts, offer multiple creative options, and justify your design choices with clear rationale.
• Conduct independent research on competitors, industry trends, and best design practices to proactively suggest ideas.
• Convert business objectives and marketing messages into visually compelling and appropriate creative work for legal professionals.
• Update and sustain brand guidelines, template libraries, and the digital asset repository across various departments.
• Review marketing outputs from different teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure brand consistency and provide constructive feedback before client delivery.
• Proofread and maintain editorial quality on all design materials.
• Organize project files meticulously, document versions, and keep approval records.
• Create email templates, landing page graphics, social media visuals, and digital ads that support demand generation efforts.
• Produce sales enablement assets such as service sheets, one-pagers, RFPs, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to deliver customized materials aligned with their sales pipeline needs.
• Develop reusable design templates allowing non-designers to produce on-brand content independently.
• Illustrate mockups and concept visuals for events, trade shows, and branded experiences.
• Design trade show booth graphics, banners, lightbox panels, and signage.
• Manage print production processes including vendor coordination from estimates through delivery.
• Create branded merchandise and client gifts.
• Design internal corporate materials like business cards, letterhead, email signatures, and office environmental graphics for all locations.
• Support internal communications, recruitment collateral, and employee-related design needs.
• Produce basic motion graphics, animated social media assets, and perform light video editing for campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house roles.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, and Trello platforms.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience preparing materials for print and digital distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the legal sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
