Graduate Programme Overview

The 12-month Graduate Programme at Revolut provides an excellent platform for ambitious graduates to start careers in fintech. Participants engage in real-world projects, tackle challenging problems, and contribute meaningfully from the outset. Through structured training and practical experience, graduates develop and enhance their skills while gaining exposure to various business functions. Outstanding performers within the programme may earn promotions during or after its completion.

Role Summary

The Product team at Revolut simplifies complex challenges by creating scalable and intuitive solutions in collaboration with design, engineering, and data teams. The Graduate Product Owner (Technical) will be analytical, entrepreneurial, and passionate about developing customer-centric products.

Work Location and Support

The Graduate Programme welcomes international applicants willing to relocate to Revolut’s technology hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. Visa assistance, travel expenses, and accommodation support are provided under certain conditions. Participants are expected to be present in the office approximately three days per week when location and role permit.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist senior Product Owners in developing product strategies, designing roadmaps, and planning features
Collect and analyze data, including user feedback and market research, to guide decision-making
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to manage initiatives from conception through launch
Write clear product requirements and oversee seamless implementation
Conduct user testing and adapt features based on the findings
Monitor progress, communicate updates globally, and present results
Engage in frequent feedback sessions to support rapid personal development

Candidate Requirements

Predicted or achieved first-class degree or equivalent
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as computer science, mathematics, physics, economics, or other STEM subjects
Graduates from the years 2025, 2026, or 2027
Previous internship or work experience related to product management, technology, or similar areas
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for technology, innovation, and enhancing customer experiences
Availability for full-time work starting early or late 2027
Capability to work onsite at a Revolut office at least three days per week (hybrid work arrangement)

Additional Desirable Attributes

Fluency in multiple languages
Experience as an entrepreneur or within startup environments
