Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils.
• Ensure dishwashing stations, including three-compartment sinks and surrounding areas, remain clean and orderly.
• Check that kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and promptly report any malfunctions to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial duties as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, friendly attitude toward guests, clients, and coworkers.
• Comply with Aramark’s safety policies including food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Secure company assets by following established procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic knowledge of sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow safety measures when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing.
• Compliance with uniform requirements and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
