Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Funding Coordinator based in Jaipur who will support the financial sustainability and expansion efforts of MagickWorld. This key position requires researching funding opportunities such as investors, grants, partnerships, and community funding. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, creating pitch decks, handling communication with funders and partners, maintaining funding records and reports, and collaborating internally to align funding efforts with company goals and family-oriented projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate various funding sources including investors and grants.
- Develop comprehensive funding proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate communications between funders, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage funding pipelines and maintain accurate financial tracking and documentation.
- Support due diligence processes and ensure timely follow-ups on funding commitments.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate funding strategies with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of finance concepts including budgets, cash flow, and basic financial modeling.
- Analytical abilities to research opportunities and assess financial viability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions and proposal writing.
- Customer service and stakeholder engagement expertise to build sustainable relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or investment coordination is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and proficiency in spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM tools.
- Interest in family-centric business domains such as travel and lifestyle and the ability to work in a collaborative startup environment in Jaipur.
