Front Store Supervisor

Role Overview

Become part of a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store, delivering essential health, beauty, and convenience services while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer service operations, including supervising cash management, cashier activities, and merchandising functions.
• Ensure cashier and merchandising teams adhere to store policies and procedures, providing training and continuous support.
• Implement loss prevention protocols, oversee daily cash office inventory, manage cashier tracking and PC Optimum processes.
• Maintain a professional store image by enforcing uniform policies and addressing customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns such as refunds and exchanges following established guidelines and actively promote customer satisfaction surveys.
• Supervise merchandising tasks including shelf maintenance, product rotation, and display setup and removal as directed by management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and image standards while complying with health and safety regulations.
• Perform clerical and banking tasks as needed and fulfill cashier duties when required.

Compensation

The wage range for this position is $18.60 to $21.00 per hour, subject to experience, knowledge, and geographic location factors.
