Front End Developer

Overview

InterImage is looking for a Front-End Developer to maintain and modernize its Reporting Tool Suite, focusing primarily on the geospatial application. This platform acts as a centralized hub for both formal and informal finished products. The role involves creating user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web applications that support mission-critical functions.

Key Responsibilities

You will enhance the current application by improving compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and revamping the front-end user interface to provide a modern, accessible experience. Collaboration with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, systems engineers, and government stakeholders is essential to deliver secure, efficient, and user-centered functionalities that streamline analysts' workflows.

Technical Requirements

Essential technical skills include proficiency in Java 8 or higher, experience with managing and troubleshooting interfaces across multiple applications, and expertise in front-end frameworks and technologies such as GWT, Primefaces, Quarkus, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Additional valuable skills are familiarity with screen readers, knowledge of Section 508/WAI-ARIA accessibility standards, Oracle database experience, Amazon Web Services (AWS), agency-specific reporting and dissemination tools, classification policies, and working in an Agile environment using JIRA and Confluence.

Compensation and Clearance

The offered salary ranges from $123,450 to $178,895 annually. Candidates must hold an active Polygraph Security Clearance.
