Position Summary

This full-time front desk receptionist position, based onsite in Jeddah, is responsible for managing all front desk activities, greeting visitors, handling telephone communications, organizing administrative duties, and assisting HR and administration departments to facilitate smooth daily office functioning.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors to the relevant departments efficiently.
• Professionally answer and route incoming phone calls.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and oversee reception functions.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier dispatches.
• Arrange and coordinate bookings for meeting rooms.
• Provide daily administrative support to HR and Administration teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in reception, administrative roles, or customer service.
• Experience within a corporate environment is preferred.
