We are seeking an early-career Data Analyst for a full-time position in Australia. This opening is designed for recent graduates and junior candidates who want to build a career in analytics, reporting, and business insight generation. The role focuses on working with data from different sources, preparing it for analysis, and supporting decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities

Gather, arrange, and keep data updated from multiple sources.
Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and visual data summaries.
Examine datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Assist with data validation and quality checks.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Clean and prepare data so it can be analyzed effectively.
Work with teammates on reporting and analytics initiatives.
Record data workflows and reporting methods.
Contribute ideas that improve processes through data-based recommendations.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a similar discipline.
Strong enthusiasm for data analysis and solving problems.
Comfort using Microsoft Excel and common data-handling methods.
Basic exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms is beneficial.
Good analytical judgment with strong attention to detail.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Fast learner who can adapt to new tools and technologies.
Capable of organizing tasks, managing deadlines, and staying on schedule.
Any internship, academic project work, or related exposure is helpful but not mandatory.
