Role Details

As a freelance Presentation Designer on Tendem, your focus will be on producing clear, aesthetically pleasing presentations that emphasize storytelling and visual flow. Your expertise will transform complex data into appealing, persuasive slides and briefings using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored to distinct audiences.
• Convert intricate data sets into straightforward, minimalist visual narratives emphasizing accurate information hierarchy.
• Enhance presentations with customized typography, refined animations, and maintain consistent visual themes.
• Ensure all output meets a polished, premium style combining corporate professionalism with creative flair.
• Apply rigorous quality control for alignment, pacing, and brand standards before submission.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations beyond basic templates.

Technical Proficiencies

• Mastery of presentation platforms like PowerPoint and Keynote for complex, dynamic slide creation with smooth animations.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Figma for custom graphic and layout design.
• Expertise in translating complex data and hierarchical information into minimalist, clear visual storytelling.
• Advanced typography and animation skills for enhanced visual appeal.

Additional Requirements

• Proven experience designing premium corporate-creative hybrid layouts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to flawless visual presentation.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills for independent design tasks.
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Application must include a portfolio link showcasing high-quality presentations and data visualization work; applications lacking this will not be considered.

Workload & Compensation

Active project phases demand an estimated 10 to 20 hours weekly. This is an estimated effort and is subject to variation depending on project needs. Compensation can reach up to 50 USD per hour, varying with complexity and level of contribution. Other projects on the platform might offer different payment terms based on their specific needs.
