Role Overview

As a Founder's Associate, you will partner closely with the core teams, tackling a broad spectrum of top-priority projects spanning engineering, product development, hiring, operations, and business growth. You will be instrumental in addressing emerging challenges, developing new capabilities, and driving execution crucial to Kira’s ongoing expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical, high-impact projects across various business functions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to resolve complex business and product matters.
• Create and develop new teams, processes, and organizational abilities to support scaling.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives from initial planning stages through to successful delivery.
• Conduct in-depth market, product, and opportunity research.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement actionable improvements in operational workflows.
• Take full ownership of projects and ensure they deliver valuable outcomes.

Additional Information

This position is fully remote; however, candidates must be currently residing in Singapore as it caters specifically to this market. Proficiency in English is required, as it is the primary language of communication among Kira's diverse global teams.
