As a Founder Associate Intern, you'll play a pivotal role assisting hundreds of candidates as they progress in their job search, connecting them with prestigious startups worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate intimately with the founding team on daily operations, optimizing candidate experiences and spearheading growth strategies.
• Manage comprehensive workflows including sourcing, screening, and nurturing relationships with top-tier candidates.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings and introductions between candidates and hiring personnel at leading VC-backed startups.
• Spot and implement improvements and automation opportunities within recruiting processes and candidate interactions.
• Engage cross-functionally with founders, candidates, and client companies through clear written and verbal communication.
• Lead significant, ownership-driven projects that produce tangible, measurable impact from the outset.

Candidate Requirements

• Willingness and enthusiasm to reside and work at a founder hacker-house in San Francisco on-site without commute.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable interfacing with founders, candidates, and clients.
• A minimum of one prior internship lasting three months or longer within fast-paced sectors such as consulting, sales, startups, or venture capital.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful results with a sense of ownership in entrepreneurial or rapid environments.
• A distinguished profile demonstrated by strong academic achievements, notable projects, active GitHub contributions, or equivalent indicators of excellence.
• Commitment to working six full days per week, fully dedicating effort to the role.
• Capability to thrive amid ambiguity and operate independently with minimal guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous involvement in founder-led startups from inception to early growth phases.
• Experience or knowledge in recruiting, human resources technology, or talent management operations.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools or expertise in workflow automation.

Location and Work Setup

This position requires full-time on-site presence in San Francisco, CA. The team currently operates from a shared hacker-house that fosters no commute, fast feedback cycles, and strong team cohesion. The role offers an immersive, intensely collaborative environment. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
