FOMM & Project Support Technician

Overview

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance technician to assist with routine activities and support various projects within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and uninterrupted facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist facilities system owners in executing operational tasks.
• Maintain operations carefully to prevent any disruptions to production.
• Interpret and analyze Facilities SCADA data to monitor system conditions.
• Provide support for multiple facilities systems such as ACMV, CDA, VAC, MAU, UPW WWTP, and Fire Protection systems.
• Detect abnormal system behavior and execute troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure consistent implementation of 5S housekeeping protocols in all facility zones.
• Oversee suppliers and vendors during projects and maintenance works.
• Coordinate with in-house and ad-hoc contractors for service and repairs.
• Liaise with contractors for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs as directed by system owners.
• Maintain diligent tracking of assignments and report progress regularly to facilities system owners.
• Monitor suppliers and vendors to promote adherence to 5S housekeeping standards.
• Perform additional facility-related duties assigned by other section engineers as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management or semiconductor manufacturing environments, preferably with a Higher Nitec qualification.
• Entry-level candidates who are fresh diploma graduates or hold equivalent certifications are encouraged to apply.
