Our Impact

Role Overview: Fleet Officer Telematics

This role is responsible for the installation, management, and monitoring of vehicle tracking systems to ensure fleet security and operational efficiency.

Key Duties

• Install and maintain tracking devices on all fleet vehicles.
• Ensure continuous tracking of each vehicle within designated locations.
• Support Collections, Recovery, and Welfare departments as needed.
• Immediately report any anomalies or incidents to management.
• Use GPS technologies to oversee driver activities and secure vehicles against theft.
• Analyze telematics data to optimize fleet operations.
• Prepare and complete job cards for vehicles receiving preventive maintenance at any MAX site.
• Conduct champion satisfaction surveys.
• Authorize vehicle exit permits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Sound understanding of fleet management practices.
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience.
