Role Overview
The FinOps Analyst will be an integral member of the Finance Operations team responsible for preserving financial efficiency and controls. This role involves contributing actively to FinOps initiatives, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners, and managing daily functions to ensure financial and operational excellence.
Rooted in financial acumen and analytical skills, you will interpret complex data to deliver actionable insights, facilitating sound decision-making processes that impact how millions transact, pay, and bank.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations including precise transaction processing and reconciliation.
- Serve as the primary liaison among Finance and cross-departmental teams to ensure flawless operation execution.
- Update and maintain financial systems and platforms to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
- Lead and support key FinOps projects by engaging stakeholders and optimizing processes.
- Support various FinOps activities such as merchant settlements, payment processing, and financial reporting and forecasting.
- Promote continuous improvement and automation to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and financial control standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with preference for ACCA, CPA, or CMA certification holders.
- Two to four years of relevant experience in Finance Operations or similar middle/back-office finance roles.
- Strong command of financial reconciliation software, FinOps platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills with business-level English fluency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead projects successfully.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
- Passion for the convergence of finance and technology and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
