Job Overview

We seek an energetic and goal-driven Field Sales Executive to broaden our presence in Jammu and nearby areas. The role involves identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and achieving targeted sales objectives.

Key Duties

Identify and generate new sales leads via field visits and market research.
Engage with government departments, research institutions, hospitals, universities, pharmaceutical companies, industries, and private laboratories.
Promote the company’s portfolio of laboratory furniture and equipment.
Comprehend customer needs and liaise with internal teams to prepare quotations and devise technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and orders.
Establish and sustain long-term relations with customers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Maintain daily visit logs and provide weekly sales reports.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Coordinate with service and project teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

A bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Science or Engineering).
Additional diplomas/degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related areas are advantageous.
Between 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales or business development.
Background in laboratory equipment, furniture, scientific instruments, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, industrial products, or B2B sales preferred.
Fresh candidates are welcome if they possess excellent communication skills and are willing to travel extensively.

Travel and License

Frequent travel in Jammu and surrounding areas is necessary. Holding a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
