About the Role
PhonePe is looking to recruit enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to become an integral part of its primary growth team. Candidates will be directly employed by PhonePe and tasked with expanding the merchant base by onboarding businesses including local shops and retail outlets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to local marketplaces and retail establishments for merchant onboarding.
- Deploy PhonePe QR codes at merchant locations to enable transactions.
- Set up and activate PhonePe Soundbox devices to support business transactions.
- Provide merchants with training on device utilization and assist with troubleshooting queries.
Requirements
- Ownership of an Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter is required for mobility.
Additional Information
- The role includes attractive weekly and monthly incentive bonuses based on performance.
- Selected candidates will receive an official offer letter and be on PhonePe's payroll.
