Field Incharge - Elevator & Escalator

Overview

Growel Softech is seeking a dedicated Field Incharge to support elevator and escalator projects in Bangalore. This is a full-time position focused on fieldwork involving installation, maintenance, and service of vertical transportation equipment. The ideal candidates are fresher or early-career professionals with mechanical or electrical background and a readiness to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of elevators and escalators.
• Visit customer locations and project sites to oversee work progress.
• Collaborate effectively with technicians and supervisors on operational matters.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain essential field reports for documentation purposes.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fitter disciplines, with diploma holders also eligible.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1.5 years of relevant experience.
• Pass-outs from years 2025 and 2026 are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge in mechanical or electrical fields preferred.
• Strong communication skills along with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Must be willing to perform extensive fieldwork, including site visits.

Compensation and Employment Details

This full-time field position offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹23,000. Candidates will be based primarily at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
