Field Collection Supervisor

Overview

Right Debt Management Services Pvt. Ltd is looking for a proactive and goal-focused Field Collection Supervisor to oversee and guide a team of Field Collection Executives. The candidate will be entrusted with managing daily field activities, ensuring collections occur as scheduled, maintaining detailed collection reporting, and motivating the team to meet set monthly recovery objectives.

Primary Duties

• Manage and supervise daily field collection processes and operations.
• Ensure punctual and accurate collection of dues from assigned accounts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate collection reports to monitor progress.
• Lead and inspire collection executives to consistently meet or exceed monthly recovery goals.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage a team effectively in a field collection environment.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills for collection activities.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate others toward goals.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 15,000 INR and 45,000 INR per month.
