Job Overview
The Facility Officer is responsible for overseeing daily operational aspects related to labor transportation, asset management, and facility maintenance. This includes managing bus operations and invoices, monitoring furniture and assets through CRM and analytics platforms, handling purchase orders, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth facility management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of labor transport buses, ensuring timely management and monitoring.
- Handle the processing and monitoring of monthly invoices related to labor buses.
- Use CRM software and Qlik Sense analytics to track and manage inventory of furniture and other assets.
- Administer and issue purchase orders for head office and housing requirements using AX application and update Qlik Sense dashboards accordingly.
- Maintain and regularly update housing dashboards to reflect current conditions.
- Coordinate with housing team leaders to track the progress and status of maintenance work orders.
- Manage electrical and water utility bills through coordination with the Saudi Central Electricity Company (SCECO) and National Water Company, and support risk register documentation for facilities.
- Ensure traceability of all assets, including furniture and fixtures, and liaise with facilities team leaders on work orders.
- Support the projects department by monitoring and assisting with insurance matters related to Contractors' All Risks (CAR) and Erection All Risks (EAR) coverage.
- Manage and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) dashboard for asset and maintenance tracking.
