Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping across storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and related areas.
- Manage waste by disposing of trash promptly and properly.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
- Execute other assigned duties to support the facility's maintenance needs.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position requires adherence to safety precautions due to potential risks such as exposure to moving machinery parts and irritant chemicals, necessitating the use of protective equipment like masks, gloves, goggles, or shields. Physically, the job demands endurance for extended periods of standing, the ability to move outdoors, reach objects at various heights, and handle equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, sometimes without assistance.
