External Resource Manager (ERM)

Overview

The External Resource Manager (ERM) role focuses on managing the entire process of acquiring contingent workforce resources through external supplier channels. This role is based in Bengaluru and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. It is a contract position with immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contingent staffing requirements by coordinating with external vendors.
• Ensure timely sourcing and placement of external manpower resources.
• Serve as the primary liaison for all external workforce hiring needs, acting as the single point of contact.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations effectively.
• Negotiate rates and contractual terms with suppliers to secure competitive and compliant agreements.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new external resources to guarantee smooth integration.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements related to contingent workforce management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contingent workforce or vendor management roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven expertise in handling rate negotiations, supplier coordination, and onboarding procedures.
• Graduate-level education required; any graduate is eligible.
• Immediate availability for joining is mandatory.
