Executive II - Field Audit

Role Overview

This position is responsible for verifying the accuracy, quality, and compliance of customer visit records through detailed field auditing processes. The job includes conducting in-person customer verifications, comparing data with internal system records, evaluating the effectiveness of collection interactions, and compiling thorough audit reports. Additionally, the role supports training efforts to ensure collection agents meet audit standards and adhere to company policies for consistent field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine visits to customer sites to check the correctness of details noted by collection agents, including contact information, visit dates, and outcomes.
• Cross-verify information from field visits against database entries to detect anomalies or mismatches.
• Assess the quality of customer dealings and gauge the success of collection activities.
• Generate comprehensive audit reports outlining observations, improvement suggestions, and identified gaps.
• Support the creation and delivery of training content aimed at helping collection agents understand and follow audit procedures and company guidelines.
• Ensure all field operations comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated prior experience in field auditing or similar domains is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Competency in using computers along with relevant applications such as CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
• Capability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to dependable transportation.
• Prior experience in the collections sector and knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks are desirable.
• Familiarity with geographic areas assigned for auditing is an advantage.
