Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking an Excel Specialist to design and simulate complex, realistic business scenarios requiring advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, based on your professional expertise. You will participate in detailed multi-turn interactions with a large language model (LLM), presenting intricate document-related tasks and assessing AI-generated responses.

Your duties include creating and reviewing Office documents (.xlsx, .docx, .pptx), comparing two AI-produced solutions against high professional standards, and selecting the preferred output. You will document thorough feedback and comparative preference data to help refine AI models, emphasizing quality, accuracy, and relevance to business needs. Providing industry-specific insights spanning several sectors and business functions to ensure coverage of diverse, real-world scenarios is essential. Clear and effective communication, both oral and written, is vital to relay precise, actionable feedback for the AI training teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in Fortune 500 companies on significant business projects.
• Proven ability to build complex models, reports, analyses, and presentations within industries like finance, healthcare, technology, consulting, or retail.
• Experience in business roles such as private equity associate, investment banking analyst, junior consultant, FP&A analyst, HR, or marketing strategist, with active participation in deal or project work.
• Skill in designing use cases reflective of functions including strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Exceptional communication capabilities, with a strong focus on detail and clarity in delivering feedback.
• Experience working with large language models or preparing extensive prompts for AI applications is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities to discern subtle differences in document quality and business applicability.
