About the Role
Join a dynamic, mission-driven team offering an innovative product that significantly benefits customers. This role is dedicated to driving business growth within the Strategic Enterprise segment through strategic engagement and direct responsibility for the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development of large-scale enterprise business by engaging prospects via cold calls, networking at trade shows, and conferences.
- Initiate outbound cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities, aiming to meet individual sales quotas and conversion goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for prospects throughout the sales process to facilitate smooth communication.
- Manage and coordinate campaigns and sequences, ensuring timely completion of emails, calls, and tasks.
- Qualify inbound leads by conducting needs assessments and scheduling product demonstrations.
- Identify client requirements and match them with appropriate ServiceTitan products and services.
- Assist in organizing sales collateral and managing deals to advance them positively through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including Solution Engineering, Partnerships, Client Services, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Product teams for cohesive enterprise solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and internal product updates to identify new business opportunities.
- Report to the Strategic Development Manager (SDM) and work in alignment with the Strategic Accounts team.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Development Representative targeting large accounts; 5+ years preferred.
- Proven expertise dealing with complex enterprise organizations and providing support to executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage prospects.
- Strong multitasking abilities to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in presentation and office productivity software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
