Role Overview
We invite motivated professionals to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics Team to assist clients in extensive data and AI transformation projects covering Southeast Asia. You will partner with senior leaders to contribute across data, AI, and business innovation initiatives, making this a fitting opportunity for early-career individuals enthusiastic about solving complex business challenges through strategy, innovation, and emerging tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing comprehensive GenAI/LLM-based architectures including RAG pipelines, agent setups, vector databases, and orchestration components.
- Create and showcase demonstrations and prototypes employing diverse GenAI technologies, both open-source and commercial.
- Lead architecture workshops involving technical and business stakeholders to envision future solution states.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and data assessments with stakeholders to develop informed strategic advice.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing materials such as reports, presentations, and analytical models offering lucid insights and actionable strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary groups encompassing business, technology, and delivery teams.
- Keep abreast of evolving trends, breakthrough technologies, and top practices in data and AI transformation.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting.
- Experience or familiarity with data and AI transformations, GenAI, RAG, Machine Learning, or data strategy engagements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with the capacity to organize complex problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to thrive in fast-moving, uncertain environments while balancing several priorities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in data engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related discipline is required; advanced qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
