This Graduate Programme is crafted to recruit and cultivate driven engineering graduates, offering a structured career pathway within the organisation.
Programme Overview
The two-year rotational scheme provides practical exposure across key engineering areas, enabling participants to establish strong technical competence and professional abilities. Graduates will cycle through several departments to gain diverse knowledge of engineering fields, systems, and methodologies.
After exploring multiple disciplines, candidates will specialize in a selected area, deepening their skills and contributing to vital projects. At the conclusion of the first year, participants will present their experiences, insights, improvement proposals, and long-term aspirations to the Silent-Aire Europe Leadership Team.

Programme Details
This fixed-term programme spans two years, after which graduates are evaluated for permanent roles within the engineering department based on their achievements, skills, and organisational demands.
Qualifications Required
Applicants need to possess at least an Engineers Ireland accredited Level 8 Bachelor (Honours) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
Support and Development
Each rotation includes supervision by a Department Manager who outlines clear goals, structured learning schedules, and continuous performance feedback. Additionally, graduates are paired with mentors to provide guidance, career advice, and support throughout the programme.
