Job description
About the Role
Nobleexchange Environment Solutions Pune LLP is seeking an Electrical Technician, preferably an ITI Electrician fresher or with experience, for its Operations & Maintenance department. The candidate will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Engineer and assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and plant equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Support installation, wiring, and commissioning of electrical systems under supervision.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
- Inspect electrical panels, motors, pumps, switches, and lighting systems regularly.
- Replace faulty electrical components such as switches, MCBs, relays, contactors, and fuses.
- Help maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, blowers, gearboxes, and other machinery.
- Perform routine inspections and cleaning of equipment and report abnormalities promptly.
- Adhere strictly to electrical safety practices and company policies, including PPE usage.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with statutory safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Document daily maintenance activities and prepare equipment inspection reports.
- Attend work shifts punctually and support emergency maintenance tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to facilitate seamless plant operations.
- Carry out additional maintenance duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- ITI certification in Electrician Trade; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, motor operations, panels, and electrical instruments.
- Proficiency in using basic electrical hand tools.
- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance techniques.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a plant environment.
- Good communication abilities and capability to work collaboratively in a team.
Working Environment
- Willingness to work in shifts including possible overtime.
- Ability to work in an industrial plant setting.
- Physical fitness to perform maintenance tasks effectively.

Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 22,000.
