Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing product listings, including crafting descriptions, tagging, content creation, and managing product images for e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product merchandising is maintained consistently across multiple regional storefronts including Australia, the US, and the UK.
• Optimize product discoverability by overseeing the functionality of on-site search features.
• Collaborate with creative and graphic teams to update and maintain website and app content relevant to all regions.
• Manage all product-related imagery and videos to ensure alignment with brand standards and effective product showcasing.
• Coordinate with buyers to facilitate the workflow from stock arrival through online publication and merchandising.
• Support the e-commerce team during collection launches by ensuring timely updates to banners, products, and other website elements.
• Organize sample management in cooperation with buyers and the design team.
• Develop new website categories and update existing collections with new product styles.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team and web developers to maintain and improve websites for AU, UK, and US regions.
• Identify and address customer journey challenges to enhance user experience.
• Assist in resolving site issues, testing new functionalities, and ensuring smooth operational performance of the website.

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Experience with any eCommerce platform is advantageous but not compulsory.
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness and capacity to learn rapidly with a dedication to ongoing professional growth.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Competency in prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function both as an independent worker and a cooperative team member.
