Overview

This is a leadership role for an experienced e-commerce growth professional based in Ireland. The hire will help build and scale a next-generation digital commerce business focused on health, science, and decentralized innovation. The position sits within a fast-moving, mission-driven environment and calls for a highly practical operator who can take ownership, experiment quickly, and turn data into growth.

What you will do

Lead the full customer acquisition plan across paid, organic, and owned channels, including paid social, paid search, SEO, email, content, and website improvements.
Design, run, and optimize performance marketing initiatives with attention to CAC, ROAS, conversion efficiency, and sustainable scaling.
Shape the complete funnel from first visit through repeat purchase, with a focus on acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value.
Manage lifecycle marketing efforts such as email and SMS to increase engagement and encourage repeat buying.
Review performance data every day, identify growth opportunities, test ideas quickly, and expand the tactics that perform best.
Work closely with product, community, and research teams to build strong product stories and support launches.
Improve the commerce stack, including site performance, landing pages, and expansion into international markets.

What they are looking for

At least 5 years of experience in D2C e-commerce, ideally in health, wellness, or supplement-led consumer brands.
A track record of growing acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok while keeping profitability and efficiency in focus.
Broad knowledge of omnichannel growth tactics, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
Comfort with key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion rates, and attribution.
Practical experience building or scaling e-commerce businesses from early stage through growth stage.
A strong testing mindset with a habit of iterating based on evidence and results.
Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup with strong execution discipline and personal accountability.
