Primary Responsibilities

• Maintaining a supply of clean dishes by bussing tables and washing dishware including pots, pans, and flatware
• Resetting dining areas for customers
• Preparing kitchen and dining spaces for upcoming shifts
• Cleaning kitchen appliances and dishwashing equipment
• Regular cleaning of floors and disposal of garbage as needed
