Role Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct monthly forecast evaluations.
• Participate in due diligence assessments for potential new business lines and acquisitions.
• Manage and mentor a finance team of two professionals.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance and unify financial processes.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all financial documentation and filing systems.
• Support updates to policies and standardized financial reporting procedures.
• Oversee the preparation of board-level materials and executive financial reports.
• Ensure compliance of financial operations with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Develop robust financial infrastructure, processes, and reporting systems to facilitate company growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• At least five years of relevant finance experience including budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reporting.
• Strong ability to convert financial data into insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-focused with an emphasis on accuracy and continuous process enhancement.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and aligning cross-functional stakeholders toward financial objectives.
