Direct Support Professional

Overview

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team across various shifts including full-time days, evenings, overnights, and part-time days and evenings. If positively impacting others' lives aligns with your passion, you will thrive in our people-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals in developing essential daily living and life skills to promote maximum independence.
• Assist clients in identifying and reaching their personal goals to enhance their quality of life.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of those served by addressing their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support while performing general housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Passion for helping others with no prior experience or education required; comprehensive training provided.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid U.S. driver's license where applicable.
• Capable of performing physical activities including extended standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, stooping, crouching, squatting, balancing, reaching at various heights, lifting up to 25 pounds independently, pushing/pulling up to 40 pounds, and safely transferring up to 50 pounds.
