Role Overview
Based in Kennesaw, GA, this full-time field position is for a Direct Appointment Setter / Canvasser working afternoon and evening hours. The role is the first point of contact for homeowners and plays an important part in generating business for Bartlett Roofing.

Compensation
The pay structure combines an hourly base wage with a tiered bonus system tied to completed appointments. Base pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, with entry-level candidates starting at $16 per hour and experienced appointment setters earning $18 to $19 per hour.
In addition to hourly pay, bonuses are available for qualified appointments that lead to an inspection consultation. Bonus amounts include $30 per completed appointment, $40 at higher performance levels, and $50 at top performance levels. Expected annual earnings are approximately $65,000 to $105,000+, depending on results.
What the Job Involves
This is an active, field-based role centered on direct outreach in assigned neighborhoods. You will speak with homeowners, introduce the company, identify possible roofing needs, and book qualified appointments for the sales team. The job also requires accurate recordkeeping in CRM tools, professional brand representation, and the ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned neighborhoods and contact homeowners door to door to build interest.
- Present Bartlett Roofing in a clear, friendly, and confident way.
- Spot possible roofing concerns and explain the value of an inspection.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Record activity and appointment details correctly in company CRM systems.
- Maintain a polished, professional presence while working in the field.
- Manage daily work independently and keep communication strong with teammates.
