About the company
Buster's Pizza & Donair is a rapidly expanding quick-service restaurant brand operating more than 60 locations across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. Since 2001, the brand has focused on fresh dough, scratch-made sauces, and made-from-scratch preparation instead of shortcuts. It serves customers through pickup, dine-in, and delivery every day. As a franchisor, the company operates a few stores directly while also supporting a wider franchise network. It is currently growing and looking ahead to expansion in the U.S. and eastern Canada.
The organization works with a lean team, moves quickly, and expects AI to be used as a practical work partner rather than as a buzzword. The role is designed for someone who wants to see visible business impact on revenue in the short term.
Role overview
This position sits at the center of the digital and operational activity for a restaurant network of more than 60 stores. You will manage online ordering, delivery-app presence, promotions, and performance reporting, while using AI to work faster and with greater accuracy.
This is not a routine data-entry role and it is not one where you simply follow a daily checklist. You will handle multiple moving workstreams, make decisions when the path is unclear, and push tasks through without needing constant direction. Repetitive work should be automated or assisted by AI wherever possible, while you focus on accuracy, revenue leakage, and project execution.
Digital and off-premise channel management
You will oversee the company’s first-party ordering platform (Olo) and third-party delivery channels such as SkipTheDishes, Uber Eats, and DoorDash across the network. Responsibilities include menu accuracy, adding items, managing store hours, setting up coupons and BOGO or other deal offers, coordinating POS-related deal setup for Olo, and monitoring or responding to store reviews. If a price is incorrect on DoorDash or a menu item breaks on Olo, you are expected to identify and correct it before it affects orders and revenue.
Projects, launches, and activations
You will manage projects from start to finish, including new store openings, chemical and supply deliveries, setup logistics, seasonal campaigns such as Stampede and Rodeo programs, customer appreciation events, grand openings, and school meal programs like catering, Hot Lunch, and Healthy Hunger. These initiatives involve deadlines, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders, and you will be responsible for keeping timelines on track, following up on loose ends, coordinating the right people, and ensuring completion without being chased.
Vendor and supply support
You will also assist with vendor management, support sourcing of U.S. food vendors as expansion progresses, and coordinate logistics such as Purolator and FedEx shipments when required.
AI-first expectation
Using AI proactively is a core requirement for this role. Repetitive work such as updating menus across several platforms, drafting responses to reviews, creating comparison sheets, or preparing revenue summaries should be partially automated or AI-assisted within the first few months. The company expects familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar systems, and values curiosity and a willingness to keep pushing what these tools can do.
What the company is looking for
The ideal candidate can manage multiple workstreams, stay organized without micromanagement, and make practical decisions with incomplete information. They should be comfortable juggling ongoing operations and concurrent projects, while maintaining strong accuracy and strong communication across leadership and franchise partners.
Location and working arrangement
This is a remote role based in India. Working hours are aligned to MST business hours, which means a night shift in India. Reliability for this schedule is essential. The role reports to the COO.
Compensation
Compensation is listed at INR 6,00,000 to INR 8,00,000 per year, with potential performance bonus.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply. Previous BPO experience is preferred. Experience in QSR, restaurants, food service, franchising, ordering or delivery platforms, POS systems, project coordination, AI tools, light automation, scripting, or no-code tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
Growth opportunity
This role offers direct ownership of systems and projects that affect all stores, close exposure to leadership, and scope to grow as the company expands into the U.S. and eastern Canada.
