Job Overview
We are seeking a Development Team Lead to join Kyckr.com in a predominantly hands-on 80/20 player-coach capacity. This role involves leading a team of four developers while actively contributing through extensive .NET/C# and SQL Server development. A key focus is adopting agentic AI workflows, especially using Claude Code, to strengthen seamless integrations with over 300 global corporate registries pivotal for compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop well-architected, high-quality .NET/C# code for the Registry Hub, managing feature design through deployment.
- Ensure the robustness and reliability of integrations with worldwide corporate registries, supporting critical regulatory workflows.
- Guide and mentor a team of four software engineers, overseeing their performance, encouraging career development, and facilitating smooth project execution.
Candidate Profile
- Brings between 7 to 10 years of experience in .NET/C# and SQL Server, with a history of designing and maintaining production-ready distributed systems.
- Exhibits leadership aptitude with proven or strong interest in mentoring engineering teams while maintaining active technical involvement.
- Has familiarity or enthusiasm for AI-driven development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, aiming to accelerate engineering efficiency through AI.
