This role involves delivering design services primarily in the medical device field, with a focus on production accuracy and timeliness.

Interpret and apply prescriptions, work orders, and specific instructions to create designs.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology.
Design at least two major categories of products within the organization.
Maintain high-quality output while managing tight deadlines effectively.
Follow organizational policies and support company goals including affirmative action and diversity.

Plan and organize workflow efficiently, prioritize tasks and resources, and develop clear action plans.
Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, listen attentively, and follow instructions carefully.
Ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and quality in work performance; apply feedback to improve results.
Exhibit dependability by adhering to instructions, taking responsibility, and meeting task deadlines consistently.
Complete administrative duties accurately and support organizational values actively.

High school diploma with two to three years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience is preferred.
Basic proficiency in Solidworks, AutoCAD, and drafting is advantageous.
Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence, and to write brief notes.
Use common sense to follow detailed yet straightforward written or spoken instructions and solve problems with limited variables.
No certifications or licenses are required.

Good manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
Job mainly involves sitting and handling materials with frequent use of hands and occasional standing or walking.
Occasionally required to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds.
The workspace is generally noisy with moderate to loud noise levels.
