About Flink and Role Overview

Our delivery hubs are strategically positioned in densely populated urban areas to enable fast deliveries using electric bikes and scooters. We are currently looking for motivated delivery riders to join our team in Würzburg, Bavaria and contribute to revolutionizing grocery delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Flink as the face of the company by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• Efficiently deliver customer orders using e-bikes or e-scooters, ensuring timely execution.
• Continuously monitor and surpass delivery performance targets to maximize effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn a base hourly wage starting at €13.90 plus additional tips.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid work authorization to work in Germany.
• Proficiency in either English or German language for communication.
• Ownership of a smartphone with mobile internet access.
• Possession of a Class B or AM driving license if using an e-scooter; no specific license needed for e-bike riders.
