Domino's Pizza seeks dedicated Delivery Drivers to join their team in Milan, TN. This role offers flexible scheduling with options for short or long shifts, part-time or full-time hours, and immediate hiring. Drivers can potentially earn over $20 per hour, combining wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and beverages safely and efficiently within designated areas, often navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrains.
- Utilize either a personal vehicle with mileage compensation or a company car, requiring a clean driving record and minimum driving experience.
- Manage delivery logistics using advanced technology to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain quality control standards during delivery and store operations.
Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record verified through background checks and Motor Vehicle Reports.
- Maintain reliable transportation and valid vehicle insurance.
- Excellent navigation skills with the ability to read maps and locate addresses efficiently.
- Capability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and handle work-related stress effectively.
- Ability to understand and analyze data, provide exceptional customer service, and make informed decisions.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, food odors, compact work areas, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving machinery.
- Physical activities including walking, carrying, climbing stairs (up to 5 flights), bending, stooping, reaching continuously, and frequent hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination.
- Must be capable of operating vehicles safely while performing multiple deliveries per shift.
