Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities including generating CVs specifically for senior consultants and directors.
- Source suitable candidates through job boards, internal databases, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Manage client relations worldwide to align recruitment needs.
- Create compelling job advertisements and promote openings across multiple platforms.
- Handle a dynamic permanent recruitment workload.
- Develop expertise by focusing on a specialized recruitment niche within our market sectors.
