Debt Collector Agent

Job Overview

The Debt Collector Agent will take charge of contacting debtors through calls, SMS, or direct visits to negotiate payments and secure punctual recovery of debts owed to the company or its clients. This role demands meeting collection targets regularly while adhering strictly to legal and company standards.

Key Duties

• Achieve or surpass cash collection goals, ensure promises to pay (PTP) are kept, and optimize recovery rates.
• Obtain high-quality PTPs that are clear, realistic, and honored.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of debtor accounts within the management system.
• Respond to objections from debtors with professionalism and determination.
• Avoid receiving complaints from debtors or clients through respectful interaction.
• Reduce occurrences of broken PTPs by conducting timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate effectively with the team by sharing updates and assisting with escalations.
